You can reserve your class over the phone by paying all fees due at that time. However, signatures on paperwork must be complete before student attends class.
Registration is complete when the following is fulfilled:
Registration form filled out with all necessary info, including a valid email address & emergency phone number
Tuition & Studio Policies sheet is signed & understood.
Withdrawal Policy signed & understood
Payment form completed & signed
All fees are paid in full -
Annual Registration Fee - $40 / individual - $95 / family-3 or more children (Renewed every year)
1st month's tuition (see below)
Rehearsal Fee- $15 for recital students
Payments:
Tuition can be paid 4 ways - 1st of each month; 3 months / 5% discount; 6 months / 10% discount; Full Year / 15% discount
Discounts do not apply to unlimited tuition.
PDC accepts cash, check, Visa or Mastercard($2.00 SERVICE CHARGE PER TRANSACTION FOR CREDIT CARD)
(PDC must have a credit card number on file unless you pay at least 3 months or more in advance.If your credit card is not received due to choosing a 3 or 6 month payment plan, you must stay one month ahead of when your next payment is due.Ex.Sally paid Aug. - Oct. on Aug. 1st, her next payment for Nov. - Jan. is due Oct. 1st)
Costume Fee:
Costume fees are non-refundable.If you choose to withdraw, it is your responsibility to contact Precision and collect your costume by May 15th.If the costume is not collected by May 15th, it will then become property of PDC.
November 1- Costume fees due.$85 per costume.
All routine classes will require a costume for the recital
Classes that do not perform in the recital are: Technique and Tumble classes.
Costumes include any hair bows/bands/hats and/or other costume accessories.Shoes and tights are not included; your child's teacher will specify what he/she will need.
**Fairy Tale Ballet classes do not require a costume for the recital, although they will perform in the show.
***PDC does not refund any of the above payments if a student withdraws.Our policy is..." if a student withdraws after February 1st, a $100 penalty fee per class is due at time of withdrawal. If the late payment fee is not made at that time, PDC reserves the right to collect the $100 from the credit card on file.If your tuition was paid in advance and your child withdraws after Feb. 1st, you will owe the difference to PDC (if less than $100.)If the difference of the advanced payment is more that $100, PDC will owe that amount to you. "

February 1- $45 Recital Fee Due for the first student.This includes a DVD of the show.$15 Recital Fee Due for each additional child in the same family.
All rates are based on number of classes per week to equal total amount paid per month.Tuition is the same every month whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks.The following are the class tuition rates:
30 min. class (2yr. olds and Tots Tumble) = $35/mo ($5 off for second 30 min. class $10 off for thrid 30 min class)
