TUITION & STUDIO POLICIES

- Tuition is due on the 1^st of each month.

 - Your membership is for the entire dance year (time of sign up through recital).  You may pay for the entire year or choose a payment plan; monthly, 3 months or 6 months payments are accepted. 

 - If you withdraw past February 1^st, you will owe $100 for late withdrawal.

  -  If tuition is not turned in by the 8^th of the month, Precision will automatically withdraw your full tuition from your bank or credit card with the additional $10 tuition increase.

 - If your account is not balanced after 40 days, your child's membership will be on probation until your account with Precision is paid in full. 

 - All accounts must be at a zero balance prior to recitals.

 - A $15 fee is charged on all returned checks.  After two returned checks, you are required to pay in full for the remainder of the dance year by cash or credit card.

 - To withdraw from any class, you must fill out the withdrawal form before the 1^st of the month to avoid tuition charges.

 - When you withdraw, you forfeit all money paid for uniforms, yearly registration or rehearsal fees.

 - Tuition is charged monthly, regardless of whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks in that month.

 - Precision does not pro-rate or credit accounts for missed classes.  You may participate in a make up class within the 30 days of the date missed.  Discuss with the receptionist which class would be comparable for your child to participate.  The receptionist will check with the instructor of the make up class to verify your child can attend.

                                Please hand into the reception desk or mail into Precision any fees owed to Precision.  Do not give any money to the instructors.  Precision accepts credit card, cash, or check.  Automatic bank pay is preferred.

  I have read and understand the tuition policies.  I recognize my financial commitment in this agreement and agree to follow these policies.

__* If I choose to withdraw from a class / classes, I understand that I must fill out a withdrawal form before the 1^st of the month in order to avoid further tuition charges.  A late withdrawal fee of $10charged 0 is to anyone who withdraws after February 1^st in a recital class.
