 | Rebecca Maguet: Owner and Artistic Director. Rebecca's love and passion for teaching students to be entertainers and gain self confidence is the reason she opened Precision. She has been dancing and cheering since she was 10 years old. She started choreography for road shows and school plays at the young age of 13. She has taught competitive routines in cheer and dance for the past 15 years. Her attention to detail, story telling and appropriateness sets her studio apart from the rest. |

 | Latoyia Everett: Company & Recreational Instructor. Latoyia is originally from Mesa, Arizona. She is trained in jazz, lyrical, ballet and hip hop. She has danced professionally for the Phoenix Suns and Seattle Sonics. She has been teaching dance with UDA as a head instructor and judge for the past 5 years. Latoyia was one of seven dancers chosen to perform for the troupes in Kuwait, Tikrit, Bagdad and Germany. Latoyia has an amazing energy about her! One class with her and you are hooked! She has an attention to technique and detail. Her strengths are leaps, turns and power! Her choreography is very strong, athletic, controlled and innovative. |

Jennifer McClelland: Instructional and Company Instructor - Jennifer has toured all over the U.S and Candada with her professional dance career. She is trained in jazz, lyrical, ballet , point, musical theare, broadway, swing & gymnastics. She has extensive stage experience in singing and dancing. Jennifer has performed professionally in "The King and I", "Wizard of Oz", "Hits of Broadway" and "Up On The Roof" just to name a few. She was also chosen out of thousands to perform in the "Dancing With The Stars" promo at the Lincoln Center, New York in 2006. Currently, Jennifer dances professionally with "Center Dance Ensemble" in addition to her employment at PDC. We are thrilled to have her as addition to our amazing staff! |

 | Leah Roman: Instructional and Competitive Instructor - Leah is the Hip Hop instructor at PDC. She teaches her students B.E.A.F: B - Big Movements, E - Energy, A - Attitude, F - Fun! Her positive teaching style is what has been missing from the Hip Hop dance world. She has been teaching students 5 years old and up for the past 6 years. She is the founder of two professional hip hop crews, "Female Prophesy" and "Broken Toyz". "Female Prophesy" won The NBA All-Star dance challenge in Phoenix, AZ in 2009. "Broken Toyz" has been titled as an elite hip hop dance crew while featured at A.S.U events. Leah is committed to creating an entire new energy of Hip Hop based on all the fundementals of dance! We are extremely excited about the verstility and the innovative style Leah brings to PDC! |

 | Todd Bailey: Instructional and Competitive Instructor - Todd is a veteran in the professional dance industry. He is trained in ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, pop & broadway. He trained at Tempe Dance Academy and continued his training in San Francisco prior to his extensive professional career in LA., Las Vegas and New York. Todd toured as a dancer with Elton John, U2, Phil Collins and Royal Caribbean Cruise Ships just to name a few of his credits. His experience carries into the classroom as he teaches his students, not only dance but, how to prepare for them?professionally in this industry beyond their teen years. He has been teaching for 20 + years including the prestigious Boston Ballet and was assistant choreographer at Monte Carlos Sporting Club along side Jean Pierre Reggiore. He thinks completely "out of the box" and delivers choreography not to be forgotten. In Spring 2009, Todd choreographed a dance titled, "Autumn Leaves" that was chosen at "The Pulse" by Mia Micheals and Wade Robson as a "Must See" routine. We are so excited to have Todd as one of our staff members at PDC! His experience will nurture and inspire all those he comes in contact with!

 | Humberto Bandera: Company ballet instructor. Humberto is originally from Cuba and received his training there through a very disciplined ballet program from a very young age. His extensive training has provided him opportunities to be cast into numerous professional ballets in addition to his teaching expertise. He moved to Arizona to dance with Ballet Arizona in 2006. Since then, he has continued his love for ballet training and performing throughout the valley by teaching students how to discipline their body and mind in this beautiful style of dance. His classes are are extremely technical with an emphasis on control, grace and strength. We are thrilled to have Humberto at PDC! |

 | Tara Marasco: Tiny Tots teacher and instructional tap, jazz & street jazz instructor. Tara has taught for Chandler / Gilbert Parks and Rec dance program and Young Champions Cheer program for many years. She takes pride in teaching the students with energy, excitment and passion! Her many years of experience in teaching makes it easy for students to understand her instruction and move quickly with choreography. |
 | Candace Ammerman: Company ballet instructor. Candace is a veteran of ballet. She was a professional ballerina and since then continued to teach students of all ages. She teaches all levels of ballet from beginning to seasoned pointe dancers. Students in her class appreciate the professional training that Candace provides while still allowing for ballet to be enjoyed! PDC is very happy to have Candace on their staff! |
